Currently, a small overall portion of Infinity Group’s investments are placed in Private Equity, but the group is always looking to establish long term partnerships with top tier institutions around the world.
PUBLIC EQUITIES
Infinity Group has identified listed equities in companies that it deems to benefit from the tectonic shifts in technology, mobility, climate and life sciences. Infinity Group’s public equity strategy is mainly focused in the real estate sector, with other smaller investments in technology.
PROPERTY PORTFOLIO
The majority of Infinity Group’s investments are in property assets located around the world. With a diversified portfolio consisting of residential, and commercial properties scattered primarily in Africa, and the Middle East. The overall value of the existing portfolio as of December 31, 2022 stood at approx. $50 Million USD.
The focus is on building up a portfolio of prime real estate income producing assets leased out on long-term leases to international firms, or clients in their respective markets.
